Terms of Service
These are the rules for using AI Game Studio (造界) and for publishing games on it. They are written to be short and readable on purpose.
1. Using the site
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
- Give a real email address that you control, so we can reach you about your submissions.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts to get around a suspension.
4. What you publish
- You keep the copyright in the games, artwork and text you upload.
- You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute your submissions on this site — enough to run the site and show your work to visitors.
- You confirm that you have the rights to everything inside your package, including code, images, audio and fonts. Do not upload work that belongs to someone else.
- Games are played in the visitor's browser. Do not include anything that phone-homes, tracks players or installs software.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- publish illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens or discriminates against people;
- upload malware, hidden trackers or code that attacks the visitor's device;
- scrape, overload or probe the site, or try to access accounts and data that are not yours;
- impersonate someone else, or misrepresent who made a game.
6. Moderation
Every submission and comment is checked, partly automatically and partly by hand. We may reject, hide or remove anything that breaks these terms, and we may suspend accounts that keep breaking them. If you think a decision was wrong, write to us — we will look again.
7. Signing in with Google or Facebook
Those sign-ins are also subject to the terms of those providers. We only receive the basic profile information described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
The site is provided as it is, free of charge. We try to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that a game will always work in every browser.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (the site is free, so that amount is zero). Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
