Privacy Policy
AI Game Studio (造界) is a small independent site where people play and publish small browser games made with AI. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get rid of it.
1. Who we are
AI Game Studio runs at weftplay.com. For anything on this page you can reach us at yunyilingxin@163.com.
2. What we collect
Account
- Your email address, a password (stored only as a one-way hash), your nickname and your avatar.
- If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email address, avatar and the provider's user ID for you. We never receive your password for those services.
What you publish
- Games you submit: title, description, cover image, the game package, and reviewer notes.
- Comments you post: the text, the time, and the result of our content check.
How you use the site
- Which game you opened and when, play counts and reactions.
- Your language choice, kept in your browser.
- Standard web server logs, including your IP address, which we use for security and to stop abuse.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage for the language you picked and for your login token while you are signed in. These are needed for the site to work and are not used for advertising.
3a. Advertising (Google AdSense)
We show advertising served by Google and its partners to cover the cost of running the site.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be asked for your consent to these cookies by a consent banner before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the link shown on the page.
- Ads are only shown on the site's own pages. They are never placed inside the games themselves, which run in a separate sandbox.
To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Some games can also show a short interstitial ad between rounds. Those ads follow the same rules described above.
4. Why we use it
- To run the site and keep you signed in.
- To publish your submissions and show reviewer feedback.
- To check comments and uploaded games for spam, abuse and malware.
- To answer your messages and fix problems.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Your account data is only seen by:
- Our own server, which hosts the site and the database.
- Google or Facebook — only when you choose to sign in with them, and only for the sign-in itself.
- Google and its advertising partners — only the browsing information described in section 3a, collected through advertising cookies, and not your account data.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Account, submissions and comments: until you ask us to delete them.
- Web server logs: rotated automatically and kept short-term.
- Moderation records: up to 12 months, so repeat abuse can be recognised.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, export it, or delete it. Write to yunyilingxin@163.com; we answer within 30 days. The step-by-step deletion process is on the data deletion page.
8. Children
The site is not intended for children under 13 (16 in the EU). If we learn that a child created an account, we delete it.
9. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to the server and database is limited to the people who run the site.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes are also announced on the home page.
